Brief About Us

Hand of Help is a community-centered non-governmental organization committed to building peaceful, healthy, and self-reliant communities in South Sudan. We work at grassroots level to improve access to basic health and sanitation services, promote non-violence and gender equity, and empower individuals with the skills and opportunities needed to thrive.

Our Focus

Our work focuses on peacebuilding, protection, education, and women empowerment. We engage communities through dialogue, peace education, and conflict transformation initiatives that strengthen social cohesion and encourage peaceful co-existence.

At the heart of our mission is the empowerment of women—supporting their leadership in emergency relief, reintegration, employment, and community development.
